Instructions
The TLS logo is placed in the upper left corner of the image, scaled to between ⅓ and ½ of the image width.
The lower third image is placed along the bottom edge of the image, scaled to fill the entire image width.
When using a blank lower third, use a Helvetica Bold or similar typeface, colored white.
